As the first light of dawn touches Patong Beach at 6:30 am, you’ll meet your yoga teacher from Aadi Yoga and Sound Healing Centre right on the soft sands by the ocean. Begin your morning surrounded by the sound of gentle waves and the refreshing sea breeze — the perfect setting to awaken your body and mind. Your class starts with gentle warm-up stretches and breathing techniques (Pranayama) to connect your energy with nature. Then, flow through a series of traditional Indian Hatha and Vinyasa yoga postures, guided by Master Deepak, an experienced yoga teacher from India who blends classical yoga wisdom with a friendly, accessible teaching style. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, each movement is adapted to your level. You’ll enjoy the sunrise glow as you move, stretch, and strengthen your body — feeling completely present and peaceful. The session concludes with a Savasana relaxation to help you enter a deep state of calm and mindfulness. After class, you can take a few quiet moments to enjoy the view, capture photos, or dip your feet into the ocean — refreshed, centred, and ready for the day ahead.
