5.00After a series of unfortunate circumstances, communication errors, and negotiations; we landed on the tour with a screaming infant. and were very close to exiting... Annette was as considerate with the group as she could be under the circumstances. But it was immediately clear that no-one would enjoy the tour, nor learn anything. She quickly made the hard decision that the tour could not continue with the child. I would've done the same. "The needs of the many..." It was an excellent tour, and Annette is extremely knowledgeable to all things Palm Springs!
We don’t like Babies

1.00After being told it was ok to bring along our baby (2 months old) the owner / tour guide had all of us (5) (mommy, friends, and mother in law) get off the bus after the baby began to cry. We couldn’t have been five minutes into the trip. Why allow babies if they aren’t allowed to cry. We notified them an hour before the tour just to check to see if it’s ok. This woman actually asked if the baby was going to cry to which this first time mother replied,” I honestly don’t know”. The three other people actually said it was fine and they were cool with it. If you aren’t cool with it you usually just say nothing or say I’m not cool with it. The only person not cool with it was the tour guide. After reading some of the other reviews about inappropriate comments she makes I’m not surprised. She let me know we had to pay full price anyway and was nasty on the phone. How do you run a business this way? Just refund people their money or try to reschedule them. It may be a decent tour but I wouldn’t want to patronize a business run by such a nasty human being.

1.00Despite asking if it would be ok to bring along a two month old we were ejected from the tour. We were five ladies and a two month old. Prior to the start of the tour the owner/tour guide asked if the baby was going to cry. The response from the new mother was I don’t know I can’t control that. The owner said I know that. (?? Why ask). Shortly into the tour the baby began to cry. The tour guide/owner said you all need to get off the bus. The other three guests said it’s really not a problem. Nope. You have to leave. It’s your business and you can run it the way you want. The attitude and disrespect you demonstrated is really the issue. AND the fact that you still want to charge us full price which is a joke. I can’t tell you how the tour is but I can tell you that the owner of this establishment isn’t a very nice person

5.00We were driven around Palm Springs in a very nice small bus to see the homes of stars, both current and past. The guide was very good at describing who lived where and gave some insights into the stars themselves. She also told us things she knew about the city and living there.
A lovely hour with Annette to learn the area's history.

5.00This was the one thing my mom really asked for for her birthday trip and it was such a delightful experience. Our guide Annette was incredibly knowledgeable and had so many interesting facts about the area. The bus was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend the tour.
