An amazing experience! We had a wonderful day. Haroom our guide was friendly, informative and clear with all instructions. The whole day ran seamlessly and we enjoyed every moment. In the last hour of free time we went on the sky wheel which gave us a great view of the falls. We really enjoyed meeting Haroom and wish him all the best. The tour was worth every penny and an experience we will never forget. Note the meeting point is at the bus stop outside Bay Street 20.

We had a great day with lots of experiences. The falls were magnificent, but on top of that we got to see the floral clock, whirlpool, maple syrup factory and much more. Our guide Shane was easygoing and explained everything well. I had a fantastic experience.

A very well planned and interesting itinerary with an extremely capable, knowledgeable guide named Haroon.

Our guide Haroon was a good guide but forgot to pick us up. So we were waiting for 45 min and then were told we needed to confirm our pick up, this was not clearly written in my confirmation email. He was not easy to communicate with directly. He did return to get us. We were charged additionally for entry in to certain stops that seemed to be included in our cost with Viator in the booking email. The bus was not a coach but a shuttle van without wifi which is not what was described in the description of the tour. This was by far my worst Viator tour thus far and I will be cautious in choosing or recommending this company in the future.
