  ES was an impressive experience to see in the jungle of orangutans. The first sighting was unfortunately a bit unpleasant, DA there were many other groups in the forest and then about 100 people were hunting the monkeys. Many have walked off the path into the forest to be closer and closer to the monkeys and in some cases they have also been lured from the trees with food. ES here would be nice if the guides (also from the other providers) would point out the distance to people, so that you can do these tours more with sustainable and ecologically valuable behavior. The overnight stay in the jungle was definitely great and our two guides Rendy and Isan really did a good job. Rendy knows a lot about the local nature and way of life and you can have a wonderful conversation with him. In addition, you were very well and often provided with food;)

  What an incredible experience!! We were lucky enough to spot 10 orangutan as well as various other monkeys/gibbons. Our guides were excellent and provided us with the most incredible food the whole journey. It was a lot of fun and a lot of sweating so the cool stream/pool by the accommodation was beautiful. We played cards with our guides in the evening with which was a laugh and finishing up the tour with the tube ride was hilarious! All of this as well as the transfer from our hotel in Medan made the trip worth every penny. Make sure you bring a plastic bag to put your wet smelly stuff in (it rains a lot in the jungle) cause you don’t want your bag smelling! You can pay for laundry at the accommodation provided to you in Bukit Lawang😁😁

  Can’t speak more highly of this tour company. They went above and beyond to make our 4 day 3 night experience one we’ll never forget. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay and IZoen arranged the additional transfers and accommodation around an early morning private trek which was sublime. The guides Arnold(?), Rendy and Harry were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. A special thanks to Rendy whose smiling positive disposition lifted all our spirits! We saw lots of orangutans and other wildlife. The trek is over technical terrain so shoes with grips is a must! The jungle camp although basic brought the experience to another level. Food was amazing and plentiful. My wife is a vegetarian and was well catered for. Our accommodation in Bukit Lawang was at Ridhos Guesthouse which was very clean and comfortable and had amazing views of the river. The banana pancakes for breakfast also were amazing! If we ever find ourselves back here we will be using this company to organise our stay again.

  Amazing experience and really good communication with the guide. Everything works. I'll be picked up by the driver in the airport, when your flight has landed, drove to the city Batik Lawang same day and morning after the tour stars

  Seeing the Orangutans in the jungle was amazing! iZoen and his team were great! Communication, helpfulness and knowledge. Bukit Lawang is a lovley place too. The bungalow was both clean and comfortable and run by a very nice family. I really can not fault the trip, the food and fruit provided on the trek was plentiful and tasty. Bring some card games to play by the river on your night in the jungle and relax. Next time i come back i’ll stay in the jungle for 2 nights for sure!! Thanks again
