5.00Very easy experience. Our driver Alan was great, he texted when we landed and gave very clear instructions. We walked right out and met him and were on our way to the hotel. Cold beers and waters. Would highly recommend, thanks Alan!

5.00Our designated driver had texted by the time the plane landed and then communicated with us, to include a picture of the sign he was holding. It was very reassuring to know he was there and looking for us. It made it very easy to identify him among the host of others trying to get our attention.

5.00Driver was really nice and accomodating, even had to delay pickup an extra day due to flight delay! Communication was excellent! Vehicle was nice and clean, with beer and water cold and ready!

5.00GREAT COMMUNICATION! It can be scary booking transportation ahead of time and praying they’re there on time, but Only Riviera was the best! Our driver texted before we got to the gate with clear info on what he was wearing and where to find him. SUPER patient while we waited for delayed baggage. Great vehicle and the cold Corona in the way to the hotel was much needed! They also brought us back to the airport, and the new driver texted an hour in advance confirming he would be there, then texted when he arrived 10 minutes early saying he’d be waiting for us. Was nice to get an early start since he was ready! Would indefinitely book with them again - so worry free and easy and prompt with all communications!
