It was so cool taking this water taxi to the airport! Our flight was super early and they accommodated us before 4:00 am. We were the only ones on the taxi and got there in about 20 minutes. There are boat slips at the airport that you just get off the taxi, take a 15 minutes walk through the terminal to get to check-in. Perfect!!!

This was a great low cost alternative to a private transfer, as our water taxi driver let us bring heavy luggage, without trying to charge us extra that we were warned about, so we gave him a great tip. 👍 He was actually early to a 6:15 AM pickup, and even though a couple other pickups, we arrived in plenty of time for our international flight. We paid upon arrival to not roll our heavy luggage the 15 minutes it takes to get to the terminal from the water taxi drop, but if you don't have heavy luggage, just roll it.

Hotel pick up was right on time. They do pickup more than just you, so give yourself enough time to get to the airport!

If you need to travel from Venice to the Marco Polo airport in the wee hours of the morning this is the best way. The operator will let you know where he is picking you up the day prior and you just need to be there. It’s very very easy and reliable and will be just a short walking distance from where you are staying.
