When it’s time to leave, just hop on a shared water taxi at the boat stop nearest to your hotel in central Venice or Venice Lido (see the itinerary for all 11 stops) at the scheduled time. Relax and enjoy one last view of the city as you’re transported to the airport. To book, please provide your flight and Venice accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

5.00Arranged pick up close to our accomodation for me and my Dad. Other 4 in the taxi on return to the airport. Smooth journey and helpful when arrived to get all travellers and cases out the boat. Ive used this service before for return to Venice airport and would use again!

1.00Driver would not accept the ticket. I had to go get cash and pay him once we got to the airport. I should have shown him the ticket before we got on the boat. The gentleman at the dock verified my ticket and said I was in the correct place. Driver of the boat said his credit card machine was broken on top of everything else. Do not book a lottery taxi through viator

1.00I rated this a 1 because I never received the service I paid for. My flight got cancelled one hour before I was to be picked up and I tried contacting the tour provider and they ignored my messages. I was not asking for a refund I was simply asking to be rebooked the next day. I understand that there was a no refund policy if you didn’t cancel before 24 hours, but this was not something in my control.
