1.00This place is a TOTAL DISASTER! We booked them to get to the airport early in the morning so we don’t miss our international flight. They asked us to be at the taxi station at 3 AM! We went there, but NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! They never responded or even apologized for what they did. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM!

4.00Apart from wanting to collect us at 4 am for our 11 am flight(our lovely hotel team sorted that out for a much nicer 7.30 pickup!) they were prompt and helpful, and we certainly saw Venice from a different angle.
