5.00Rosalina was fabulous. What a wonderful way to spend a morning! Nothing like picking out a fresh fish and cooing it. We made pasta with semolina. Simple but delicious.

5.00Rosanna was a wonderful tour guide of the Rialto Market and a terrific instructor for the hands-on cooking class. The pasta and tiramisu were fun to make and delicious to eat. All of the participants worked well together and had a very enjoyable time!

5.00Lorenzo was an absolute joy and the group had a really lovely time learning how to make ravioli, artichoke hearts and fish and tiramisu. The tour of the market was great but also sad to see how this livlihood has diminished over the years. I did end up buying some regional favorites. We had a great time! Everyone should take a cooking class with Lorenzo!
