The gondola ride was incredible, best part of this tour. It was also great to be able to experience the jail in the palace. The tour was a little long, could be cut by about 30 minutes in my opinion. Overall a good tour though!

Our tour guide Anna was excellent! She was able to get through crowds and into the Doge Palace, Basilica and St. Mark’s Square. Very informative tour and guide. The gondola ride was a must-do in Venice.

The tour is perfect, everything you should do in Venice. I had a little problem with an older lady, contractor who works at the meeting point of the gondola, but I went to the office and an overly kind girl resolved me and attended very lovingly. He ended up sorting everything out and getting her to leave the bad time with the lady behind. This is why I give it 5 stars.
