It was a nice experience but felt semi authentic due to a number of people who were involved. We got it for our friends 40th. The experience was hosted in one of the main restaurants near the Arena with opera. The girl who was delivering class was fantastic but she couldn't do it efficiently with everyone as there was around 15 people in the group! As the experience says it's a small group it's a lie or maybe we choose a bad day. Either way it didn't felt personalised or special just a little tourist trap. Once we made two types of pasta we then had a dinner from what we did with lost of wine. The wine was special from the owners regions which was a lovely touch but one of the servers didn't event know what was the grape and told us it was sauv blanc while it wasn't the case. Just a very disappointing moment like they thought we don't care or something while all of us are really into wine. The wine was nice. It was good experience but not as authentic and personalised as I thought. As it was gift for our friend she was delighted but lots of improvement should be made and the group should never exceed 10 people as it's not fair on the one person who leads the experience.

A wonderful experience and would do it again. Jasmine was a great instructor: fun, patient and really informative. She made the class enjoyable and easy to follow. Highly recommend!
