During this private guided tour we will go from Lugano (the starting point is in Via Nassa downtown of Lugano) to Verzasca Valley (one hour trip) to see Verzasca river in this part of Switzerland, the colour of the water of this river is fantastic, the river is considered the Seychelles of Switzerland. During the guided tour, you will see Swiss typical villages along the river then we will stop at Verzasca old bridge where we will go walking to the riverside. We will proceed to the end of the valley to a little swiss town to see a big waterfall. This is a private guided tour for your group only or only for you if you are a single tourist. The amount you pay is the same regardless if you are a single tourist or four people.

My husband and I had such a great experience on this tour with Giorgio! He was very accommodating in picking us up from our hotel as we weren’t staying in Lugano. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and he seemed to have a passion for helping people explore another culture. The description just says walking to the river and visiting the waterfall, but dress accordingly for that. Maybe don’t wear a skirt or dress due to the walk to both of those. Other than that, anything works as the rest of the tour is in a car or walking around various towns and villages. The views are beautiful and the history is fascinating!

Giorgio is fantastic! I had an amazing time during our tour! He is very knowledgeable about the area and kept the entire tour very entertaining! As a solo traveller, it was great having him take me to all these spots with ease! 10/10 would book again!

A very enjoyable tour. Loved tour visits to the rural mountain towns - a genuine “off the beaten path” and step back in time experience, not to mention the gorgeous mountain views. Our guide was Giorgio of whom nothing was too much ask. He was very kind, accommodating and went far beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a great tour.

I loved this tour. The beauty of this area was simply magnificent. I enjoyed every moment of the natural beauty around us; as well as seeing the quaint stone-roof homes in the villages. I would love to go back and spend more time there!
