We had an amazing time on this bike tour with Michael as our guide. The itinerary is clearly shared when booking, so we knew exactly what we were signing up for, and it was a great way to explore the city. Since we had just arrived and couldn’t check in yet, the team kindly stored our luggage for us; something I confirmed beforehand but still appreciated immensely. Michael kept the group engaged, upbeat, and moving smoothly, even when dealing with one very difficult participant who seemed determined to have a bad time. In my experience, the tour was well-run, welcoming, and exactly as advertised. If you want a fun, active way to see the city with a knowledgeable guide, I’d highly recommend this tour and I’d ride with Michael again in a heartbeat.

Great itinerary - a mixture of town and country. We really enjoyed the coastal ride and park. Ben was a great guide; he was knowledgeable and personable without getting mired in arcane details.

Overpriced in my view. I also think it was a missed opportunity. It starts not far from some cool little areas to explore such as Fisherman's wharf, the Carr house, the Breakwater etc but it ignores all of these and comes downtown, to places easily served by coach tours. No need for bikes except to dodge traffic! Additionally there is the castle that is just a big family home, Beacon Hill and back! I've done a few bike tours and its the unexpected little places or cool off the beaten track art work I like. It was just a bit standard. On top of that I was with all Americans and they were clearly being treated much better than I was. They usually tip! Its a sort of racism towards other nationalities and rather a self fulfilling prophecy as if you treat others like second class citizens then they probably don't tip! I just felt really disappointed. I didn't particularly enjoy it, I felt treated disrespectfully at times and I could have used the time better had I seen the itinerary. Its standards places, nothing quirky or off the beaten track.
