Our adventure begins in Muscat, with our first stop in the scenic village of Fanja — a perfect spot to capture beautiful photos surrounded by traditional charm and stunning landscapes.
We then continue to the captivating Wadi Bani Khalid, where you can take a refreshing dip in its crystal-clear mountain waters. Surrounded by palm trees and dramatic rock formations, it's a peaceful oasis ideal for swimming and relaxing.
Next, we head to the awe-inspiring Wahiba Sands Desert, famous for its sweeping golden dunes. Here, you’ll visit a traditional Bedouin house to enjoy authentic Omani coffee and sweet dates while exploring their beautifully handmade crafts. For those looking for extra adventure, a camel ride across the dunes offers a unique and memorable desert experience.
Then, we’ll find the perfect spot on the dunes to take in the golden glow of the desert sunset — a magical end to an unforgettable day before heading back to Muscat.

Please let us know in advance if you would like to add the dune bashing experience in the sand dunes. This activity is arranged through the desert camp and conducted using their specialized 4WD vehicles, as we do not provide this service with our own car. The cost is 30 OMR for a 30-minute ride, with a maximum of 4 people per vehicle.

5.00We did the Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands Desert sunset tour the other day. What a fantastic experience that was enhanced greatly by our fantastic guide Ahmed. He was such fun and we shared a lovely sunset with him eating dates, drinking coffee and taking photos. The rock pools at Wadi Bani Khalid were lovely, water nice and warm and the fish nibbling away at your feet. The walk from the car park is fairly easy and only about 10 minutes. If you're after a great, fun, interactive and entertaining guide ask for Ahmed. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

5.00We had an amazing time with Muneer. He was so helpful and kind. We went to Wadi Bani Khalid, and the desert along with the Bedouin House. We swam, rode the camels, and watched the sunset. It was an incredible time and I would recommend to everyone who comes to Oman.

5.00I had incredible time with Muneer and my friends, we were picked up from our hotel, and went to Wadi Bani Khalid, and the desert along with the Bedouin House , we rode the camels there, and also watched the sun set in the dunes. It was a 10/10 expirience with my friends, Muneer was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable, amazing english, with lots of knowledge about everything. Always made sure we were okay, and able to give us everything when neeeded! Book Muneer! Book this company, very worth it.

5.00What an incredible desert adventure! The 4WD handled the dunes perfectly, and we were so impressed by how skilled and professional our guide was. He made the experience fun, safe, and unforgettable. One of the best tours we’ve ever done! We also Visited Bedouin house in the middle of the desert and relax for a while.
