You could discover the historic Sankeien Garden or seek your thrills at the neon-lit amusement park of Yokohama Cosmoworld. Wander the winding alleyways of Chinatown or eat the best ramen in town at the Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum- the choice is yours.
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

5.00Madoka provided us with a wonderful overview of beautiful Yokohama. We traveled 16k steps by foot AND used both the train & subway system. We highly recommend that you allow Madoka to tailor your tour time together to meet your needs. Madoka feels like a new friend!

5.00This was an unforgettable trip that I will forever treasure! Estela was the best tour guide and made sure I got to do everything on my bucket list and more! While in Japan, I wanted to see as much as I could and even just get comfortable using the train and finding my way places. Estela was able to not only get me comfortable doing so, she was also such a joy to spend the day with. We took the scenic route and I got to see so many things I would not have even known to look for had I been traveling by myself. Some of my favorite things that we did included going to a Japanese temple and walking around there, and also we went to an all you can eat noodle shop where the noodles slide down a bamboo shoot and you need to use chopsticks to collect the noodles before they slip past you. The entire time I was with Estela was the best time and she even went out of her way to help me find a place where I could but a kimono, it was something I wanted to do while in Japan, and she made sure I got to do it. It really was an incredible way to explore the area and it made my trip to Japan!
I never would have realized what a beautiful town Yokohama has to offer. If it wasn’t for Hiroshi and his experience.

3.00Our tour guide Estelle did not have a sign to meet us and I had to call her to know who she was. When we used a taxi she charged it and asked us for cash. She was informative and pleasant but I would not recommend her because she used up our cash on taxis and entrance fees.

5.00Hiroshi was very good. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see. We had an excellent time and he scheduled it to meet our needs. And lunch was great, showing us the dim sum way!

5.00We had a wonderful 4 hour tour with our guide Estela covering as many of the main attractions of the city as we could driving the time we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our day- the waterfront area, the spectacular garden show going on, other gardens throughout the city, Chinatown, shopping areas and other sights we were able to get to! Enjoyed learning the history of some of the buildings and areas. Highly recommend this tour and our very sweet and awesome tour guide!

5.00Yasuho planned a wonderful tour for us to Kamakura out of Yokohama. He provided interesting commentary and his English was excellent. It was fun riding around on the trains and buses to our various destinations. Yasuho advised us to buy a Suica pass for all internal Japan travel at the airport when we arrived - excellent advice - it was invaluable. He also recommended a great place for lunch for Soba noodles and Tempura.

5.00The garden at Sakien was very beautiful. It was like stepping back in time. Kenji, our guide, explained the history behind it very well. He was very personable.
