The tour is designed to allow you to experience a little-seen part of Okinawan culture. Cycling around the back alleys of the city with your local guide, you will embark on a pilgrimage to the various Zodiac shrines of Naha and Shuri. You will have the chance to witness modern-day Okinawans observe worship traditions dating all the way back to the Ryukyu Kingdom era. This is your opportunity to experience for yourself shrines, temples, sacred springs, royal mausoleums, and more in the unique Ryukyuan style.

If we're lucky, the kami (gods), bodhisattvas, ancestors, etc. may look favorably upon you and your kin!

※If the precipitation probability exceeds 70% or in case of severe weather, we may change plans. In this case, we will contact you the day before.

Children aged 1 to 5 can have a child seat attached to the parent's bicycle. Please consult the staff for more information.

Please meet at the store near Makishi Monorail Station. 1 minute walk from Makishi Monorail Station. We will pick up our electric bicycles and give a brief information session so that everyone can enjoy a safe ride.

You can see Kannon Bodhisattva, the guardian deity of the Ryukyu Kingdom, as well as beautiful carvings and ornaments. You can look over the cityscape of Shuri from the bright vermilion temple.

Part of the ride is on busy streets. E-bikes really help on the hill. The guide, Maria, was fantastic getting us around and explaining Okinawa culture.

An adventure! I got to see parts of Naha that I wouldn't have otherwise. Our guide was delightful, helpful, and full of interesting facts about our tour stops. I would definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed this bike tour. Our guide, Quan-san, went above and beyond during the tour. He even showed us a few extra spots to further explain the history of Okinawa. Quan-san is bilingual in Japanese and English. This was very helpful because my first language is Japanese. During the tour, we even got a little gift. Thank you, Quan-san for the extraordinary tour!

Our tour guide, Quan-san, was so informative about everywhere we went! He made sure my family and I were doing well the entire time too. Although it was hot, as expected, the views and historic sites were so worth it. I loved learning about Okinawa and seeing the beautiful shrines. I would 1000% do this again!

It was amazing!!! Quansan was the best guide ever!!! We went to many places and he taught the significance and history of each location. I would 100% recommend this to any of my friends visiting Okinawa😁

Jojo was an excellent tour guide! We got to see much of Okinawa in just 2.5 hours. We really liked that jojo was very friendly and open to any questions we had! She was more than willing to help take cute pictures too for a very memorable experience! The tour was great mix of temples and even the bakery shop which we would never have found on our own!
Highly recommend the bike tour!

Highly recommend! My friend and I booked the tour and were led by Jojo from Taiwan who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and nice to talk with. She took us around the different shrines and even got us a little Chinese zodiac gift based on our individual zodiac signs. It was super enjoyable and fun experience. They provided us with e-bikes and helmets that had a hat attachment and headphones/mic so we could communicate with each other during the tour.
