  We bought bus tickets here and got the best rates. They also helped us with a Lan Ha Bay tour, which was well-organized and enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good prices and reliable service!

  It was an ok tour. The scenery was amazing as you expect and the route was pretty good, including a trip to the monkey island. The food was really good. However what ruined it was the constant pestering to buy their overpriced drinks. We didn’t even get a complimentary water. They came round with drinks for lunch and made it look like they were free but no, we got charged for them too. The music was good at first but they offered the playlist to a rowdy bunch of teens who proceeded to play their own very loud Spanish music for the whole trip, which only they enjoyed. The whole thing felt a bit rushed and unprofessional.

  We booked a Lan Ha Bay day cruise and loved every moment. The guide was friendly, the kayaking spots were beautiful, and lunch on the boat was delicious. They truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

  From booking the tour at the full moon office to drop off at my hotel,the whole experience was Top Notch! We had a lovely moody sky in the morning,clouds slowly clearing by noon to a deep blue hue,with that came the sun.Both contrasting sky's made for some outrageous vistas...... The kayaking and swimming adventures were professionally operated by an experienced guide,quiet spots were always found amongst the other groups and tours within the bay. 10/10 Always felt safe in the big ocean, Great Job! Give that man more money! Lunch was delicious, tasty,and plenty of it for all. Truly the whole tour is an experience I will never forget. A must do Tour!

  I had a really fantastic experience on the boat tour, it was a lot of fun and I thought Joe the lifeguard was particularly great at leading the group, making everyone relaxed and being very clear with the information. The other guide Tien was good too. Food was also nice. Would recommend this trip to a friend!

  I start with the pros: good food, the experience itself is really cool, the bay is beautiful and if you are lucky, you will meet cool people. That's why they get 2 stars. Cons: - We weren't picked up at our hotel and had to drive there, they told us to be there at 7.50 and we got on the boat around 9.30-10.00. - They took us to another operator (Cat Ba Eco Tourist). - The guide couldn't really speak Enlgish. - We got no explanation about the bay whatsoever. - Snorkel equipment, they "forgot" to bring it on board. So we jump to the water quickly a couple of times, because they were hurry to come back. - The kayak is in a part of the bay that is totally filthy (I think all the tours go there, so we cannot really blame them here). - Monkeys... well look the picture, that's the closest we got to the island. - Trekking, conspicuous by its absence.

  Tour was good - there are a bunch of tours that are pretty much the same route/activities. Our tour guide was awesome and very enthusiastic. However there were a few things we were disappointed about. First, we saw the tour staff throw trash into the water twice. There was already a lot more trash in the water than we would have liked, so this was disappointing to see. The tour also says max 30 people but there were definitely 50+ people on the boat, and seating was a little tight. Finally, there were a few members that had bus tickets for before the boat tour ended, so the boat went back to the dock early (and then went back out) but we suspect we missed some activities because of this. We also only had 1 hour to kayak instead of 1.5 hours because we were the last boat to leave in the morning (we were apparently waiting for someone).

  Very nice and enthusiastic guide. Would be nice to have a little more vegetarian options with he food but the rest of the tour was perfect, especially for the price!
