Mike was our tour guide for our 2-day trip. I must say he was the most patient person with so many people to guide. He made sure we had enough time to enjoy as well as suggested so many things which helped us save time and energy to be around a lot of places. The next time we visit we will make sure we ask for him as our guide and will definitely travel with this tour service if he is ready to assist us.

Our tour guide Ben was amazing he was very attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and went above to make sure everyone was having a good time and was safe. I however was very disappointed with the customer care team. We booked this 2 day tour to fill in our time and also booked accommodation around it. Before we booked it ourselves we spoke with someone on the phone line provided and they assured us the trip was going ahead and it was ok to book accommodation in 2 different places as they were the pick up points for the 2 days. They also told us to call back the day before to let them know of our pick up points. When we called they told us the second day was canceled due to lack of customers. I understand that happens however we were not notified about it. The lady on the phone told us there was nothing she could do and if I wanted a refund for the second day. As we paid for 2 days I said yes I would but when I asked her why were we not told that the 2 day of the trip was canceled as I had just received a text saying the 2 day tour was going ahead, she said that she had notified all other guests and is telling us now and would send us an email later. As I was the one that called them I was very upset with this as if we didn’t call we would not have known. I think there needs to be a better system in place for letting guests know in advance that part of the tour is canceled so they can make other plans and give them a chance to cancel accommodation as we were not given that chance in advance.
