Specializing in whale watching & marine wildlife tours, we explore Sitka Sound & the pristine wilderness around the Tongass National Forest & the volcanic coastline of our island home. The surrounding waters are a marine playground for several whale species, including Humpback, Gray, and Killer Whales, sea lions, sea otters, eagles, puffins & sea birds galore!

What To Expect
Sitka
Sitka Sound is home to some of the most amazing wildlife in the world. On our trips we often see seals, sea lions, sea otters, and whales. There is a wide variety of birds in our area as well: bald eagles, puffins, and muir are just a few that stand out. Sitka Blacktail deer and Brown Bears are also a common sight. This wildlife tour is perfect for those looking to experience the breathtaking and overwhelming scenery the Tongass National Forest has to offer, with fantastic opportunities for photography and making memories. No animal sightings are guaranteed. All trips are unique due to weather and time of year.

5.00My father and I had the great pleasure of whale watching with Captain Jaren and three additional passengers. We saw many whales— grey and humpback—sea otters, and eagles. Captain Jaren was extremely knowledgeable and added educational and comical commentary throughout our excursion. We had a lovely time on the water and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

5.00Make sure you're dressed appropriately. Our guide was great! Alot of fun. Trying to find a whale can be hit or miss. But our guide took us to great spots where we saw and experienced a whale-a-palooza!
Highly recommend this small boat and wonderful guide to see whales and wildlife in a private boat setting

5.00This was a wonderful excursion for us with a family of six the boat size was perfect. Our guide, Joel, was perfect and we saw three grey whales, a porpoise, eagles, sea lions and seals. Such a fabulous tour for this family from Florida. Thank you!

5.00Small group (5) makes this a very personal tour. Jaren was great, took us all around to see sea lions, grey whales, eagles, and the amazing pristine scenery.
