  They cancelled a day before the cruise. They offered as alternative to take the same route via taxi/hotels with a 25% discount. And that is the scam, some poor traveller will accept it for lack of other options and they make a nice profit. At least they did refund fully after I insisted that they cancel.

  I'm not sure that my disappointment can be put into words. Overall, the tours were "fine" (Our BEST tour was led by Vena from PIA Tours - I HIGHLY recommend her!) and Omar (our main point of contact) was very accommodating and super responsive; but Omar is not part of the boat crew, and this review is specific to the cruise itself. To begin, the crew segregates people on the ship. There we actual signs on the table during food service that said: "Chinese group", "Korean Group", etc. We were seated at a table with other people of color and no sign. I will leave the mediocre food off of the review; that just was what it was. As a group of 3 women celebrating my birthday, we initially thought the extra attention from the ALL MALE staff was nice; that quickly ended by the second day. By the second night, we were sleeping with scissors, forks and sticks and had our luggage stacked in front of the door. We refused to use the pool (for fear of wearing bathing suits), only wore jogging suits (it was 80+ degrees), and wouldn't go ANYWHERE alone (if one went to the bathroom then we ALL went to the bathroom). The cruise director aggressively propositioned one friend, the bar tender basically stalked the other friend, the gift shop man devised a plan for us to follow him to a secret, undisclosed location once we docked, and the chef LICKED MY NECK when we were leaving. Overall, what could have been a relatively decent experience was completely ruined by the staff. Never have I been more disgusted or felt more unsafe; and I travel a LOT.

  Definitely recommend this tour. We opted for the 3 day cruise as we had an already packed schedule and this one worked into our timeline perfectly. Enjy organized everything exactly as stated in the itinerary and was very responsive throughout the entire cruise making sure everything was going okay and giving us our schedules for the following day. The boat itself was wonderful with extremely friendly staff and great food!! can’t recommend the food enough. we knew ahead of time that our day in luxor was going to be a long one as you are scheduled to visit 4 temples in one day (worth it) and it definitely was long but our guide for the day, Maria, was so lovely and friendly it made it all better. She regaled us with stories of the pharaohs and even had us acting out as certain pharaohs and their family relations and really made it memorable. we added the hot air balloon experience and highly recommend. the views over luxor are insane, you fly right over so many temples! i was scared of the balloon before riding but it was not bad at all! We had an excellent pilot and smooth landing. Thanks to Enjy again for being there for our every question and organizing the most perfect days sailing the nile. Our tour group became one big family during the trip where we regularly hung out with each other on the boat and took many group photos for great memories

• An excellent experience, a "pleasant dive" into history and knowledge

  It has been a really well organized cruise. First of all, myself being from Greece, I was impressed from the ancient sites we visited during the cruise. The temples are so impressive, the constructions so colossial and dominant, some temples were being built for more than 2 thousand years! When visiting Egypt you always realize that at some points there will be some moments of poor communication or organization but to our cruise it was REALLY UNBELIEVABLE how Enjy, the lady that served as our agent for the cruise, was following up with us every hour 24×7 to make sure we faced zero issues. Enjy could arrange a driver at any spot, sort out any contingencies ANY MINUTE, EVEN AT 04.30am!!! She has been so helpful and by far one of the most professional persons we have ever met! All we had to do was call her and then she could iron out ANY issue or contingency! Moreover, the history guides she had chosen for our visits to the sites were among the best with Maria, the last one in Luxor, being such an educated and gentle lady ready to explain everything to everyone with all the patience of this world. Even the chaos on the roads was somehow ironed out thanks to Enjy and the way she would coordinate the drivers, where to wait, how and when! Thank you for this wonderful experience, seems like we dived into ancient history and learnt SO MUCH!

  I used it on my honeymoon in early February. Although the ship was a bit old, it was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were all friendly and gentle. Enjy gave me accurate and quick answers to all of my questions, which made my trip a lot easier. After the Abusimbel Temple tour, there were some difficulties, such as not being able to find a ship to board, but thanks to Enjy's constant contact with me and others involved, we were able to find the ship safely. The other guides who were in charge of each temple were all good people and gave easy-to-understand explanations. It was such a lovely trip, thank you so much.

  The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was good and had vegetarian options in every meal. The best part of the trip was the trips in Luxor. Our guide (Shady Waheed) was simply amazing and one of the most humble and knowledgeable guides we met in Egypt. Will recommend him 10/10.

  We boarded in Aswan and experienced a beautiful sailing down the Nile river to Luxor. Our guide in Luxor, Marian, was great, showing us all the sights and many interesting hints, we enjoyed Egyptian sights all day in Luxor and were very satisfied with the guided tour there

• Poorly organized excursions

  The cruise was fine, but the topic of the excursions was a bit messy, because when the boat docked to visit some temple we didn't even know what we had to do, in one of them nobody even picked us up, we went outside the boat and I had to put Google maps and look for our lives and go walking when we were supposed to go on horseback and back again, in fact I asked WhatsApp the company that organized the excursions a Spanish-speaking guide and I wanted to charge me 100€ per head and I said no, because the next day he writes to me and says that in exchange for a favor I put it, the favor was to put 5 ️ in the review, come on... some pirates, but what is inside the boat super well treated us great and everything went very well, the waiters super friendly and everything great the truth
