Masai Mara National Reserve
Early in the morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel to the assembling point between 7:00-7:30am. Thereafter, the safari starts around 8:30 am to Masai Mara with a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a chance to view and take pictures of the Great Rift Valley. Thereafter, proceed to Masai Mara via Narok Town. You'll arrive at Masai Mara at around 1:30 pm. Check into your respective camp, have Lunch and after refreshments proceed to a late afternoon game drive inside the famous Masai Mara National Reserve until 6:30 pm when the park closes. You'll have dinner and sleep at Midrange Mara Chui Resort with self-contained tents.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
This is a busy day! After early breakfast with a picnic lunch, you'll spend a full day exploring this unique park which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You'll have the chance to visit the Mara River at the border of Masai Mara and the famous Serengeti Park where there is a large concentration of many animals. We'll take our lunch by the river under a tree inside the park. Later in the evening at the camp, you will have the option of doing a walking safari that leads you to a Maasai village. This is an optional activity and costs an extra USD $10 to $20, it's negotiable and paid directly at the village. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at your camp.

You'll have an early morning game drive safari until 8:30 am and drive back to camp for full breakfast. Afterwards, check out and drive back to Nairobi via Narok town. You'll be arriving in Nairobi at around 3:30 pm for a drop off at your hotel.

5.00Loved our experience with Axis. We went as a group of friends that did different booking, but everyone was very accomodating, Monica was the one handling my trip and she did very well. We did the 3 days Masai Mara with Kevin in August, and he was amazing. He explained everything, we saw every animal you can think of and he answered every question. The food was good, with vegetarian options, and the people at camp flair were very nice, as were the tents. The only thing I would change is the fact that you have to pay separately for drinks, including water. All in all, would 10000% recommend

We saw incredible wildlife, enjoyed breathtaking landscapes, and felt safe and well looked after the entire time. 5.00Axis Africa Safaris were great in communication, everything was answered in few minutes, the agent Tabitha was extremely polite and professional. Our tour guide Solomone spent a lot of efforts to show us all the animals, it was visible that he cares about the group and our experience. We saw a lot of animals and birds. Mara Chui was also amazing, the food was delicious, the nature breathtaking and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

5.00My boyfriend and I went on the private Safari to Masai Mara which was AMAZING! The communication with Axis was very nice and flexible which made it possible to easily pick the best option for us. Our experience with our driver Sammie Hinga was wonderful! Sammie is a wonderful and vibrant person and knows a lot about the animals, nature & culture and has taught us many new things in a lovely way. We've seen amazing wildlife up-close during our safari thanks to Sammie's expertise and driving skills. We would 100% recommend booking a safari through Axis again with Sammie as preferred driver(🙏🏻) and are already thinking about when we can do it again!

5.00Wonderful experience in Maasai Mara. Thanks to our guide Dickson we saw a lot of lions, éléphants girafes etc We were so lucky to see a cheetah hunting !! Dickson was patient enough to stay about 40 minutes because he new we will had the chance to see him hunting and that was a blast !! We also spot a leopard, we did appreciate the experienced because of others drivers from other companies that did not respect the animal and came so close to him, even blocking him at some moments. We appreciated Dickson, cause he was happy for us to be able to spot this animal but was really respectful with him ! He has a full knowledge of the wildlife, we learnt a lot thanks to him. Also, really trustworthy company. We pay a small amount in advance and the rest on the day of departure, they pick up us and drop off at our hotel. This all included package is really convenient and we highly recommend it !!
