  First, they switched the boat without informing us, so we ended up waiting a long time for the wrong one. Then, when we boarded, we were handed a three-page document in Italian (which we don’t understand) and were asked to sign it quickly — they said they couldn’t depart until we had signed. Very loud music was played on the boat. It didn’t feel much like a tour — there was very little information. For €700, we expected it to be a private tour. It was extremely hot on the boat, and the only shaded area was already taken by another family. Pleasant overall, but definitely not worth the price.

  The boat was very old, worn out, and small. This is not a private tour. Our guide was kind enough, but it was not an entertaining experience. I’ve done boat tours all over the world with Viator and this was the most disappointing. The captain didn’t offer to take any photos of us (which is very common practice). The prosecco was warm and we were not offered water.

  This boat tour was so much fun! Our Captain, George, was great! He took us to the most beautiful spots and played great music. We had an incredible day on the water. I would highly recommend this tour!

  We had a great time on our boat cruise! We highly recommend. It is definitely worth booking a small boat tour rather than just taking the ferry from town to town (we did both). Our guide, Gian, was fantastic. When he learned we had made an impromptu trip to Bellagio the day before our tour, he offered to let us skip that part of the tour and take us swimming instead. He was super friendly and accommodating and we got to swim in the lake's crystal water for about an hour. Truly an amazing experience! 10/10!

  Disappointed. Not enough seats for our group of 3 (2 members had to lay on the sun deck which was extremely unsafe and not comfortable while traveling at high speeds, not able to enjoy together). This apparently was a shared tour which was not clearly disclosed ahead of time (yes, the tour says Max guests is 5 but not clearly marked on site). The warm bottle of prosecco was also shared between 5 which left not a lot to enjoy and not what the tickets state. The water bottles were never offered by our guide however it was noticeable they may have been stowed on the side storage pockets of the boat and were pre used/open not in a cooler. The lake itself provided great views but the service provided was not fully as described by Viator. Better than taking the ferry but for the price we could have done an actual private boat with another company for same price. When you pay for a service you expect to receive it and not be tricked).
