This is a combined bus tour. Besides the regular Pickup and drop-off locations, additional points may be added to the tour.
The minimum number of travelers for this tour is 4 pax. In the event of insufficient travelers, Westar Travel reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary.
The schedule and itinerary could be impacted by extreme weather and road conditions, while we may make necessary adjustments. We appreciate your understanding in case of any delays or changes.
Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided.
If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a “Letter of Liability Release”, no exceptions.
Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.
If you have a connecting domestic flight after the tour, please ensure that your flight departs after 9:30 pm (after 10:30pm for international flight).（**Please understand that depending on the situation, your arrival time in Calgary may be adjusted **）
The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please be sure to provide accurate flight information. Any inaccurate information provided resulting in errors for the pick-up service; the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability.

5.00We are a couple from Montreal. It was a long time coming. Because I don't know how Ka's tour company services are, or what it's like to visit various Attractions. Many people inquired, and finally signed up for a five-day tour of Weststar Travel Company in <卡进温出>. It feels like Weststar's backstage arrangements are particularly powerful and drippy. Fully meet different itinerary requirements, different cities to arrive at guests' arrangements. Weststar's tour buses can be seen at various Attractions. Professional guides are trained and available. Especially liked the guide Ms. LISA, warm and humorous, conscientious and responsible. Next time would be a Recommendation for more friends in Montreal to visit Banff for Weststar Trips. Very satisfied with Weststar's service, like one!

5.00The tour guide Lisa is very good! She is really responsible. There was some confusion in the first two days because of ticket purchase, but Lisa made sure that everyone was properly arranged! The time arrangement for each place was very suitable! She also repeated the itinerary and precautions again and again to ensure that everyone remembered it clearly! It was great to ensure that there would be no mistakes! The hotel we stayed in was also very good!
