  The trip could be great if it wasn't all about extortion. You have to share buggy or pay $40 extra to drive by yourself, which i did. Buying anything is expensive. Now I can afford it but I don't like it because its clearly extortion. You can't use your phone, but they'll charge you another $45 for the pictures of you that they take. Its not like a USB. They just email you the pictures. Overall, I tried to make the best of the situation

  Be prepared for a long day, but the price & experience was well worth it. We got picked up at 8ish and it takes about an hour & 20 mins to get there. But once you’re there, everything is explained in great detail and is so much fun. You start with horseback riding, then ride into the safari, take a lunch break (which that was by far the best food we had considering our resort food isn’t great) then hit the ziplines (AND THAT IS AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE) there’s 4 of them that get higher and higher!!! And then finish up with the atvs and that was a blast!!! Definitely bring a face mask & change of clothes, you will get messy!!!! Overall, amazing and worth every penny. The bus ride back is long but would definitely do it again.

  Communication during the tour was poor and wait to long between each ride. We were there over 7 hours which should have been 4 hours activities

  We had a great day out at Hacienda and thought it was good value for money. Pick up was on time and took about an hour from Bayahibe. On arrival we checked in, got a locker and helmet and off we went. We felt that the first part to the village was a bit pointless and not needed. Put on a gas mask as the fumes from the trucks are a bit much. Everything else was great. The chair lift offered a leisurely ride up the hillside, offering fantastic views across the valleys and hills. Once at the top we had to wait an hour for our turn, some of which had us stood in a torrential downpour. (Some cover wouldn’t go amiss). The zip lines are something else. Long, fast and very high. If you are nervous they aren’t for you but we loved it. Finished off with a controlled 15m jump. It looks worse than it is. The buggies, river dip and horse riding were fairly short but still very enjoyable. Lunch also good and plentiful. A full day and well worth the money.

  This is an all day trip. It mainly takes long because so many people are there and group sizes are large. Travel time is like an hour ( pickup from multiple resorts).

  Fun but a bit underwhelming. Zip lining was new for me. And the group leader was nice. The buggy kept dying but i was able to switch to a new one.

  They were very rude and inconsiderate. Our tour lasted longer than it should, I got Stuck on the zipline and they wasn’t even prepared to come out to get me. then almost a min to start coming towards. They had to put on harness. I feel As they should always be harness up for emergencies. They also left us at a spot by our selves with no attendant there. that’s a safety issue.

  Be prepared to have a lot of fun and get muddy! Very muddy! Wear old clothing, shoes and bring a bandana for your face. The zip lines are fun but definitely catch you with a jolt on the end or you may get stuck a few feet from the end but have no fear they will come quickly and bring you in. The horse back riding is definitely beginner friendly. The buffet lunch was very good but we had little time to eat. Well it was a great day the only down side is that your are rushed from one activity to the next.

  Lots of fun! We went on a rainy day so we didn’t get to go to the river but everything else was great! Zipline was beautiful. I would definitely recommend bringing a towel and change of clothes especially for after the buggy ride you get VERY muddy!

  We found no point in the military truck ride, nothing to see and a lot of pollution from trucks. The zip lines are demonic in height, length and speed (sensitive audience abstain). The buggies are nice but the circuit relatively short (well plan a change because you come out sprayed with mud, take suitable clothes because the mud leaves stains that do not go to the washing machine). The meal on site is very good but be careful the drink is extra to pay on site, coca: 3 usd.
