  Awesome family trip. Tons to do, with almost no lines the day we went. A lot of walking so recommend running shoes as well as water shoes for the water activities.

  Great place and super friendly staff. Forget carrying the suitcase padlock for the looker, the good thing is that they sell it there. Now I went on a Tuesday and I tended more time and did more activities, all super parents and adrenaline, also relaxation by the amagas and rest or live with fauna

  The excursion brochure and information presented described a premium and immersive experience: close encounters with monkeys and exotic birds, caves, waterfalls, buggies, and ziplines. Based on this description, we agreed to leave our hotel early in the morning (we were required to be in the lobby at 8:30 a.m.), sacrificing a day at a very expensive all-inclusive resort to attend this tour. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. Upon arrival, the ticket staff spoke to us about religion for no apparent reason. At the entrance counters, several employees were chatting among themselves and were unable to provide basic information about the activities. We were sent back and forth between counters without clear instructions or assistance. The animal area was deeply disturbing. There were only four or five monkeys confined to a tiny island with no possibility of interaction as advertised. A macaw appeared to be in very poor physical condition, several turtles were present, and an albino snake was kept in a small, empty enclosure without visible water, food, enrichment, or natural elements. The animal appeared to have a medical condition on its scales. This was extremely upsetting. Many major attractions were closed for most of the day. The first zipline was closed until noon, the main zipline attraction until 2:00 p.m., and the caves were also closed until noon. This information was not disclosed anywhere in the brochure or sales pitch. Staff members were present but idle, chatting, while guests waited frustrated and confused. The waterfall area was poorly maintained and unclean, making us uncomfortable entering it. The buggy experience was also disorganized. Staff could not confirm our booking, delays were constant, rides were interrupted repeatedly, and at one point operations stopped for over 15 minutes due to a missing vehicle. At that point, the park was full of frustrated and disappointed tourists waiting without information. I requested to speak to a supervisor. The person presented as such was extremely rude, dismissed our concerns, denied that attractions were closed, and ultimately called me a liar instead of listening professionally. This behavior was unacceptable. We left the park along with many other dissatisfied guests and returned to Secrets Cap Cana, where we immediately reported the situation to the Amstar tour representative at the hotel and requested a refund. We were told it would be processed. As of today, we have not received any refund.

  Scape Park was absolutely breathtaking! We did everything we could fit into our day. We ziplined, cliff jumped, cave swam, drove ATVs, hiked to the cenote and visited with animas. And so much more!!! This place was expensive and yet worth it! We’d do it again and want to bring our kids back if we ever get the chance.
