This is our most popular boat trip! Hilton Head and surrounding areas boast a large and active population of Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphin, with great viewing opportunities year-round! Join Outside Hilton Head for a 90-minute cruise in one of our stable and comfortable powerboats. We will explore the Broad Creek Wildlife Area, Calibogue Sound and nearby marshes. Your Captain will guide you to points of interest, while explaining the unique connections between history, culture and nature in the Lowcountry. This tour is great for families!

Meet at our outdoor desk in Shelter Cove Marina. Here you will check in before joining your Captain on what of our safe comfortable boats. Find our desk in the far North end of the Marina next to Ela's Grille and the Harbormasters Office. The marina is on the beautiful Broad Creek, where you will start your dolphin tour.

5.00Our tour was a customized Dolphin and Nature Tour focused on the salt mash birds and was the highlight of our 2 week Christmas/New Year holiday which was shared with friends from Illinois. Captain Sebastian was a fantastic nature guide. The four of us were all interested in the birds found in the salt marshes and did he find them for us! Sightings included shore birds, ducks, spoon bills, anhingas, a wood stork, a bald eagle, and a osprey with a catch. Our friends are avid photographers and they both got some outstanding shots. The experience was well worth the cost and far exceeded all our Expectations. We would highly recommend this experience for anyone interested in birding.

5.00Our guide and boat Captain, Pippi, was both informative and entertaining. My wife and I have been on several different dolphin watching tours on HHI over the last 25 years, and this was one of the best! Highly recommend.
Great way to see and learn a lot in 90 minutes.

5.00This dolphin and estuary tour was in the river channel (not the ocean). It was very informative and relaxing. We saw groups of dolphins. Captain Dan provided good narratives.

5.00Captain Andy went over and above our expectations! He not only knew where to look for dolphins, but was extremely knowledgeable about pretty much everything we went by...be they property or nature. Our three generations all enjoyed this immensely. I can't recommend it more highly!!!
Dolphins, pelicans and Champ

5.00We had a great time. Our captain Patrick was friendly, knowledgeable of the area. We loved meeting Champ, his yellow lab. It was a great trip saw some dolphins and pelicans. My husband loves pelicans. Patrick took us over to a dock we spotted that was loaded with pelicans resting. We got some wonderful photos. It was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend it.
