5.00Better then expected, especially since I enjoyed the first part of the session in the morning where we went to the water temple, got change to do some water purification spiritual activity. This activity make the retreat very unique especially since I never done it before. Also at the wellness centre I got to do a massage in front of a jungle which was more relaxing to hear mindfulness sounds. Experience yoga where at the end done good sound medication of sitting still. Spend extra last few minutes in the infinity pool before I was dropped back off to my accommodation. Tour driver was friendly and helfful.
