• Great Tour, But Cramped Transport & Unnecessary Stops

  The Abu Dhabi city tour was overall a great experience, but the transportation van was too small for six guests. I sat in the middle seat, and it was quite uncomfortable for the ride. The stops at the Dates Market and Carpet Shop weren’t anything special—more like tourist traps. However, Sheikh Zayed Mosque was absolutely stunning, and the Heritage Market was a nice experience. Just a tip: To enter the mosque, you need to be fully covered. If you don’t have the right attire, you’ll have to buy an abaya or appropriate clothing at the mall near the mosque. Prices range from 45 AED to 150 AED.

  Regarding the package it wasn't fully delivered. The grand Mosque was only 1 hour not 1 hour and a half. We didn't stay at Corniche beach for 30 minutes, we didn't even go. Even though we didn't decide to go to the abu Dhabi dates market, we could have gone to that beautiful beach. They should get rid the dates market and the carpet market since are mostly for buying and sellers pressures you to buy and if you don't buy anything they treat you any well. The driver who is not a guide is willing to take photos for you, so that is a point in favor, also it'd be great that he would learn how to tie gatras, that could help definitely tourists who are going with the kanduras to the Mosque. I was going to put average before putting poor experience but I've just realised we miss some parts of the "what to expect" on viator. Travellers don't put good reviews unless you really have a good tour, after visiting the ferrari world the guy sent me a link for a review and he was about to fill himself a good review, what a joke hahaha so I stopped him and told him that I will do it later. I was suspecting the 100 reviews with almost 5 stars all of them. So be mindful about that.

  The tour said that was a guided tour and the person who picked up us was only a driver, by the way a care less driver, he was texting a lot in the high way while he was driving on high speed, swerving across lanes. We asked him a couple of times to turned on the AC and he only turned on the vent it was hot and humid (the tour said cars with AC). The places were ok the mosque was the only thing that worth the tour.

• Disappointing. Abu Dhabi is beautiful though!

  Disappointing! When I purchased this tour, it was clearly stated that there was a photo stop at the Louvre Museum. We did not do that! Driver said "Guys, to your left is the Louvre Museum" as we were driving back from the other side of the highway back to Dubai. That's it! Happy to be contacted by Viator to discuss.
