  The tour was very poorly organized. I have used Viator in Europe and now Middle east, but this time it's horrendous. The driver came in a beaten down, rackety mpv squeezing exactly 7 pax into very tight quarters, for 1.5 hour drive each way. And while driving half the time he was on the phone, reading the messages and hands not on the steering wheel. I did not hail a tuk tuk in the middle of Mumbai! This is a HSE stop card & stop work record. Terrible would be an understatement. The tour itself is pretty nice but a lot of add on purchases and heckling. The driver which doubled as the tour guide once again was busy on the phone doing his thing, occasionally checking up on us. I would say the organization of the trip is worse than me taking a hitchhike and figuring out everything myself. Only difference is its expensive. One other incident, the rear passenger accidentally broke the handle in the car, while getting out. He was asked to pay for it. To be fair and with integrity, all the handles in the car was broken and the condition of the car was run down at best. This is an opportunistic way in getting someone to pay for your repairs for free, the car was already falling apart. Absolutely terrible! I have the best regards for UAE and Viator, but this is atrocious.

  We signed up for this excursion because we wanted to give our teenagers a fun interactive experience. First, this is promoted as an Abu Dhabi excursion but in all reality it's almost 2 hours from Abu Dhabi. Our driver got lost getting to the camp and didn't seem to know where he was going. The events are fun, but be prepared for all the vendors who will offer services you may think are free and in reality there is a charge. They are very pushy and some will provide the service forst then quote the price. Now we're the entire trip feel apart was traveling back to our hotel. Our van broke down and we had to wait an hour to get a jump. Once we did the driver then realized he was running out of gas but refused to stop even though the light was on. He ended up taking us to another van just in the knick of time and we were finally able to make it back to our hotel after midnight. Not the experience we signed up for.

  Great tour! The camel ride is a brief experience – you simply hop on the camel, take a quick loop, snap a photo, and then hop off. However, you can pay an additional 20 AED for a 10-minute ride, which is definitely fun! The food was tasty, and with the VIP pass included in the tour, you get to sit at a table and chairs instead of on the ground with cushions. The buffet is in a separate area, and you're welcome to go back for more. The tour guide's English wasn't perfect, but it was enough to guide us around. And the dessert – absolutely amazing! One downside was that the tour guide didn’t get in touch with us until the morning of the safari, after we had contacted Viator. This made us anxious about whether our booking was confirmed.

  Really nice experience 👌 Johnny was really friendly, helpful and accommodating though out the tour.
