  Very long day, too much and some not worth seeing, those that were we had little time to explore. One stop we were advised that it was a museum but it was a shop, not a highlight. Communication with guide was a struggle he was not easy to understand and gave very little information throughout the day, we were left to find our way to various things he certainly did not for fill the role as guide. We were a small group of 6 in a 7 seater car, it was cramped and not suitable for a tour group of adults a mini bus should have been provided. It was a long day for the guide who did the driving as well and I believe it to be unrealistic to expect both for such a long day and fatigue was evident on the drive home. The company needs to address this issue to maintain safety of everyone.

  The Mosque was absolutely amazing. This was worth the trip. However the day also had a number of shirt stops that we knew about in advance. The historical village would have been nicer to be longer with a guide giving you history. The date stop was lovely. Our tour group was with RAH tourism. And there were customer service issues that could have been better. First off our driver did not introduce himself to anyone when he picked us up. I had to ask for his name,which was Khalil. We were driven in a SUV that comfortably would seat 5 passengers and the driver. But we had 6 in our group, which meant one person has to sit in the middle of the seat. With two other people I. Either side. Not the most comfortable for a drive of 1 1/2 to 2 hours., each way. The people in the middle row has to get out of the car so that people could access the back seat. The driver did not get out of he car to assist in flipping the seat forward. We had to sort that out ourselves. He did get better as the day went on by getting the seat ready for when we returned from the tours. The lack of communication was another issue. When we arrived at the mosque he got us into the mall area. He then waves at us to do what ever. I had to ask what are we doing which he then told me we were meeting the rest of the group at 1110 for the tour. Again very little information about what to expect, who was going the tour with us etc. When the rest of the group all joined in we were told who the group leader was. But the communication breaks down again, as he tells us we can stay with him or go along. He did not say he would be leading the tour and providing information about the mosque. I managed to get to one stop with him. His information was enlightening about the mosque. When we left and returned to the car the driver didn't provide us with next steps unless you asked him or referred to you trip itinerary. I have used Viator many times in lots of different counties. This was disappointing in terms of the staff. At no point in the drive, did the driver point out any points if interest and if asked would say it's a museum with no other details. The driver provided us with the Abaya we needed to wear. One has a torn neckline making it difficult to keep the hood covering one women's hair which is mandatory there. Another was torned at the hem and it needed to be pinned to stay shut. Given it was 50 degrees when we did our tour I was sweating thru my dress and Abaya. I'm not sure they are cleaned after each use. I brought my own scarf to use. As my hijab which was fine a d I would recommend others do so as well. On the return drive home the driver played music videos on His iPad attached to the dash for his benefit. Furthermore the driver needed to stop to get gas on the way instead of being ready to go when he started his pick ups.

  Our vehicle was rather small and cramped for 5 adults ..one of whom was very tall, a pregnant mum with a toddler on her lap plus her husband, two older passengers ..plus the driver ..so a little disappointed as it was a very hot and humid day ..our guide was considerate but felt we could easily have cut out the trinket/carpet shop stop and the date shop stop considering the passengers on board. Our guide was brilliant at sharing his knowledge and gave us a great insight into Abu Dhabi and it's history

• The important thing is to visit Abu Dhabi

  I recommend visiting Abu Dhabi and any excursion would be valid for this. I have never put a negative opinion and neither will I today.

• Like sardines and no water

  Super uncomfortable the trip the driver never brought the water was supposed to be a trip in a comfortable car with air was tight and a driver who drives like crazy when arriving everything was uncoordinated we wasted 1.30 hour to not be able to enter then se.annoyed when taking us to a buffet lunch and we were not hungry so..we were then presentation of carpets who said and where says tur carpets after shop of dates and chcolates more annoying yet feet the other two passengers bought in the other shop not in the one of their commission because they had better price the water appeared super hot does not light the car before we got on.what was super.uncomfortable the steam returned at 6 to enter the medina and was achieved in the end the real purpose of the trip the return another torture 6 people as sardines in can in a car that is not the appropriate for a tur of more than 6 or 8 hours
