3.00We arrived thankfully 20 mins early for the last slot. Agent stated they would send tickets to me just prior to 8pm last entry. I presented what I had paid for and staff there were extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful. This was our last night of our first trip to Dubai. Both young boy’s attitude was awful and very upsetting for my wife and you d daughter especially. It may be that staff have to deal with this ticket situation regularly and have no patience. I have to stress how taken aback but their conduct we were as everyone u til then could NOT have been more helpful and respectful. I called the agent and explained the lack of tickets which didn’t arrive and this may have been down to wi-fi or 5G. I gave my phone to the boy in the ticket booth after much persuasion and the agent t managed to talk sense into him. This was despite him telling us they were now closed at 2001 and the sign suggested the actual last ride was 2015. We got out tickets and tried to enjoy it the best we could but clearly ruined our visit. Had similar issues with tickets for the Aquarium.. Poor effort Trip Advisor
