1.00I have to complain about the very dangerous car service that you provided. We have used Viator for years and never had this bad and dangerous experience. Two people arrived in a car with no seatbelt on my wife side behind the driver and the door on her side didn’t open. She had to climb through the back seat. It was 95 degrees out side and there was poor air conditioning in the back of the car. We got caught in carnival traffic. By the time we got to the resort, we were soaked. The driver and daughter were very nice and friendly but the car was very dirty and put us in danger.
