1.00Got to the dock 20 mins before the tour started. No one was there. Reached out to the tour operator but no one responded. Ended up getting refunded.

5.00There was a miscommunication about the meeting place. We were unable to take the cruise due to this. Viator and the tour operator worked together to refund our experience. We are sad we didn't get to take the tour, but we are very satisfied with the excellent customer service.

5.00It is a very small tour group. It's very relaxed and informal. It is not a continuous talking type. It leaves space for silence and admiring the view. There were lots of informative stories.
