4.00I gave it s 4 instead of 5 stars because it says " guided or audio tour" There was no guided tour. It sounded like if we waited for a specific time later in the day we could have a guided tour. The audio tour was perfect, however. We were happy that it worked out because the museum got very crowded by the time we were finished. Get there early.

3.00The visit to the museum itself was very good, but the Viator app did not work on admission, so it took us a long time to finally have the QR code. That there are often problems with the Viator app was also confirmed to us at the entrance of the Musuem.

5.00Did it with the audio guide - which was awesome. They gave you your own head set and it is modern (has touch screen), so you can go at your own pace and see as much or as little as you want. Was a great experience

5.00We took our time through the museum without feeling rushed. I learned so much about Van Gogh. It’s amazing to me that he completed such a vast body of work in a such a short time. When we left, one of the employees asked which exhibit we liked the best. We realized we had missed the bonus collection. She got on her radio and we were ushered back into the museum to see even more amazing work. All the staff was kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone who gave us such an outstanding opportunity.

1.00I bought tickets online but never got them, and when I showed up, they wouldn’t let me in. I tried to explain, but the staff was uncooperative and refused to provide a refund or any help. They insisted it was my fault for not having the tickets, even though I never received them to begin with. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and felt like a total rip-off. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
