3.00The scenery was amazing. The ride on the ATVs was great. The guides were not very friendly or interactive. They were focused more on taking pictures to sell to you later. The stop at the indigenous area seemed like just a way to stretch out the time. The guides were not even able to answer questions responding with “I am a guide not a biologist”. If you want a great view of the volcano and enjoy riding 4 wheelers this is a great tour. If you are looking for a great guide and good customer service this is not for you.

4.00We did the ATV tour and overall it was a good experience. The equipment was new and in very good condition, which gave me confidence right away. The tour operator was strict but kind, and it was clear that the main focus was on safety rather than speed. Personally, I was hoping for more adrenaline and excitement, so this part didn’t quite match what I was looking for. The stop at the native/Indian spot wasn’t something I was interested in, but the stop at the river was fun and refreshing. That said, the ride itself was quite short—we didn’t go very far, basically just across the street into the jungle and then back onto their property. Overall, it was a well-run and safe tour, but for me it lacked the thrill I was expecting. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.

5.00This was a fun trail through the jungle and you will get wet going thru the little rivers. This is safe and moderate speed tour. Loved it and a lot to see! Bring your swimsuit cause you get to take a dip in the River! Water was warm!
