Discover several beauties of Costa Rica in a single day, on this Arenal Volcano Mega Combo Tour. You will be picked up in the morning from your San Jose Hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Then drive along the less-traveled “scenic route” to Arenal, with great views of volcanoes, plantations, waterfalls, jungles, and local towns. En route to Arenal, stop in a coffee plantation where your guide will show you the coffee plants, and will give you a briefing about coffee in Costa Rica (coffee degustation will be provided in a rustic restaurant later on).
Continue your tour with a stop at the famous La Paz Waterfall, one of the most famous natural attractions in Costa Rica. At this attraction, you will be able to admire the pristine Rainforest environment that surrounds the waterfall, and you will have the chance to take pictures of it for a few minutes.

5.00Great tour!!!!! It looks expensive but if you think so we have crossed almost half the country so it’s worthwhile!!!! Jorge the guide and Victor the driver were amazing. Top notch meals and experiences. Best coffee and snacks!!! I would highly recommend this

5.00This was a long day, but a great way to hit much of the experiences of Costa Rica in one trip. Our guide, Johann had a great disposition, spoke fluently in english, helped everyone, and made the trip fun. It felt like a true cultural experience bc part of the day was spent quietly in a coffee bean plantation and part was ziplining and repelling, with waterfalls in between. Bring a jacket for the ride home.

5.00This was an excellent tour, well planned and organized. The zip line was the highlight for us, but we enjoyed the entire trip. The meals were tasty too. Our guide Jorge was very informative and kept us entertained. The driver was also skilled. It was a long day, but everything flowed extremely well.

2.00While the activity checked off the boxes like seeing a waterfall, iguanas, zip-lining, hot springs, etc the overall experience from having a guide fell significantly short. For starters we were cramped into the back seats of a van. The rear two seats my wife and daughter had to sit was essentially 1 seat next to luggage to some people had brought in. The guide (Jorge) spoke limited English unlike other Costa Rican guides. His voice from the front was not audible for those in the rear. He kept speaking more in Spanish for the Portuguese couple upfront vs most of the audience who were English speaking. He did very little explaining during the tour. When we got to the Cocoa Plantation, he did a little explaining while his colleagues from the same company handling a parallel tour took people really into the plantation field. The food provided was average at best. They keep saying buffet but you get 1 serving with 1 choice of protein. A buffet is where you go serve and eat as much or little as you want for a fixed price. At least that is how a buffet is understood in most parts of the world. Overall we didn’t need a guide. Pretty disappointing.

5.00We had a fabulous day yesterday, smooth pickup, informative, good snacks, lunch,dinner . Our driver navigated the roads professionally. Our guide, Jorge kept us entertained and informed throughout the day. A great attitude. We highly recommend this agency, as our experienced was above expectation. The itinerary was well laid out which made for a great experience and value.

5.00Carlos was our tour guide and Mauricio was our driver. We (husband & 3 young adult kids) learned a lot and laughed so much. Carlos was so knowledgeable and even took pictures of our family for our memories. Highly recommended from the booking to the end of the excursion!

5.00My family and I had a great time! Our funny and friendly tour guide Carlos and his amazing driver Mauricio gave us THEE best experience! We saw so much of beautiful Costa Rica and learned a lot. He even made an effort to show us extra things, interact with animals and take all the cool pictures we wanted. Carlos! and Mauricio rock!!

5.00Carlos was an excellent tour guide! He's so knowledgeable and has a great personality! He kept us on our itinerary, and made sure we saw so much more along the way! He made sure we saw sloths and other wild life, and he told us so much history and current events about Costa Rica! 10/10 I will recommend this tour to all my friends and family! Also Mauricio is a champion driver! He made the crazy mountain roads feels very smooth!
