Drop off in the Arenal-La Fortuna centrally located hotels is available. Please note that if you choose this option, dinner will not be included in your tour because it’s done in a restaurant on the way back to San Jose. Also, there is an extra charge for drop offs with luggage, but in the case of this tour it doesn’t apply because the cost of the dinner will cover for the drop off charge. If you wish to take this option, you must let us know at the time of booking.

Discover several beauties of Costa Rica in a single day, on this Arenal Volcano Mega Combo Tour. You will be picked up in the morning from your San Jose Hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Then drive along the less-traveled “scenic route” to Arenal, with great views of volcanoes, plantations, waterfalls, jungles, and local towns. En route to Arenal, stop in a coffee plantation where your guide will show you the coffee plants, and will give you a briefing about coffee in Costa Rica (coffee degustation will be provided in a rustic restaurant later on).
Continue your tour with a stop at the famous La Paz Waterfall, one of the most famous natural attractions in Costa Rica. At this attraction, you will be able to admire the pristine Rainforest environment that surrounds the waterfall, and you will have the chance to take pictures of it for a few minutes.

5.00Our tour guide Guillermo Sosa was fantastic. He is funny and very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and having a nice time. They even stopped the bus so we could take pictures of a sloth. Very long tour but nice.

5.00Absolutely LOVED the experience, going to all these different amazing places, learning so much about the country. The tour itself is already a 10/10 just from the locations you visit. However, we had our wonderful tour guide Fernando, who made the experience an 11/10. He truly made the trip feel special and I would definitely highly recommend him! We spent just enough time at every activity to enjoy everything and it didn't feel rushed at all, despite being on a packed schedule. I expected it to be a great trip, but this tour has exceeded my expectations in every way!!
