  Booking through this site was disappointing had email confirming tickets the day before arrive after paying taxis to get to our experience the next day to discover there were no tickets They offered refund but while family there for a day out to be let down by this site that had confirmed tickets the evening before which obviously they did not have

  The organisation of the crowds going up and down was well done. The staff were courteous and helpful. Well worth the money and exciting to see all the views. Gift shops had plenty of selection. Suitable for all groups.

  Despite an appointment long in line (1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.), it would have been better to choose a ticket flexibly on site rather than thinking you had to keep an appointment. The treat was then to be taken down again, which was a cookie and a cappuccino for two. Unfortunately, I had a different idea.

  If I could give it a zero, I would. We were told we had to wait 2 hours to go up and wait 2 hours to come down. the cafe treat was on the ground floor. We chose to lose our $100 and didn't go. Absolute rip off

• Nice views but laborious activity

  I bought premium ticket to 148th floor, besides the coffee and cookies and a bit less people, the views are same from all floors. The over 1 hour to go down is frustrating and I was not allowed to enter 125th floor first and had to go to 148th then 125th and the time to go down from 125th floor was ridiculous, I am sure it would have been better from 148th.

  Booked on line. Queued for 2 hours only to get to front of the line to say that the vendoe had oversold tickets that were fully booked. Am now struggling to get money refunded which is like waking through mud. I would avoid trip advisor and book direct with the attraction

  Too crowded. No respect for time booked. 4 hours to go up, 2.5 hours to come down. Totally disrespectful. They keep selling tickets to whoever shows up. No priority given to children or elderly. So, why book a time slot and send messages saying that the time booked should be strictly respected?

  Firstly, this review is a review of the service level provided by Viator, which I trusted having used them previously. We purchased mid price tickets on the day , a small number of slots/tickets showing as available and after arrival at the venue at the appropriate time joined the queue for over three hours with our purchase confirmation. Eventually at the desk, the venue had no record of any purchase and in fact were sold out for the next four days which they informed us Viator were well aware.Viator’s phone number was uncontactable by phone by both the venue and us. The chat device informed us the tour wasn’t available and we would be refunded, which I await , days later. The biggest disappointment was a wasted almost five hours of precious holiday time, all told. That cannot be refunded.
