1.00Our trip to Dubai was cancelled days after we bought our tickets in early January, due to political unrest in the Arabian Sea. Even though the cancellation of our trip was months before our booking date, we were unable to get a full or partial refund.

1.00Absolutely awful. We went to the exact location where the instructions said to redeem the voucher and there was no one there, and after asking 5 different people and walking around for an hour we finally found where to redeem the ticket, in a completely different place from where it said, and the workers still had issues redeeming our vouchers. They said it wasn’t working. And finally brought over a manager to get it to work, but I heard countless times that we had the wrong tickets. Completely defeated the purpose of skipping the like as well. The Burj Khalifa experience itself, however, was fantastic.
