  My partner and I had a wonderful time learning from Wandee in her kitchen. The market visit beforehand was so informative and really added to the experience. The entire outing was charming and delicious as we got to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Wandee was featured on The World Cook Season 2 on Amazon Prime. We watched the segment after the meal, which added a nice personal touch.

  Initially we met up at the market were we were shown the ingredients which we would be using that day with clear explanations as to how to choose the freshest produce. Then into the cookery school were the eights of us in the group were easily accommodated. Wannadee style is relax but informative and she was able to give each and everyone of us individual attention. She had two assistants who skilfully move amongst us delivering ingredients or clear finished items away. We cooked 4 dishes which we were all able to try and everyone was surprised but amazed as to their quality and by the end all where raring to get home to stun their friends with their culinary expertise

  We shopped and cooked under the careful eye of Wendy, a world renowned Thai chef. Shared the experience with others too which was even more fun. Who knew I could cook thai!
