3.00Our Guide, First, was a good guide. Professional and knowledgeable about the tour. The driver was decent. We would give the guide and driver a 5 star rating.The river cruise and food were 5 star. The tour itself / subject matter was a 4 star, they should give us time to ride elephants instead of sitting in dry dock on river cruise. The tour operator is a 1 star. We made our reservations 6 weeks in advance, payment was taken 3 days before, and I contacted them directly to confirm 3 days in advance and they did not pick us up as promised. They also had the nerve to tell me the morning of the tour that I did not book far enough in advance for hotel pick up. We had to quickly walk a little over a mile on a very hot & humid day (we could not find a taxi/tuk tuk so early and last minute). We do NOT recommend this tour company for any tour.
