This tour was absolutely incredible, worth every penny and even the bit of sleep deprivation! Gabi was an outstanding guide, and communication was clear and consistent throughout, especially via WhatsApp for pick-up coordination. The hot air balloon ride was unforgettable. Watching the sunrise while floating safely above the ancient pyramids was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. After the flight, we enjoyed a delicious lunch in a beautiful cave setting, which added a unique touch to the day. The mezcal tasting and demonstration were both fun and informative, and visiting the pyramids afterward was the perfect way to wrap up the experience. I highly recommend this company! They kept everything running smoothly, stayed on schedule, and made the entire day seamless and memorable.

Clear communication the night prior to pick up and day of. The bus was extremely comfortable, which was great for a 2 hr ride. They even provided a great photographer, Irving, who took our pictures before the flight and had a drone video us during the flight. Purchasing the photos/videos are at an additional cost, but they were so well done we could not resist. The balloon ride & landing were extremely smooth, 4 to each side of the basket so there wasn't really much room. We were blessed with really good weather so the ride was calm and they were able to fly us really close to the pyramids and landed on flat ground as opposed to on trees/cactus. The agave/pulque crafts were a surprising highlight for me. Carmen was fantastic at explaining and entertaining us. Breakfast at the cave restaurant (La Gruta) were decent, nothing special. After, they dropped us off at the pyramids for an hour of self exploration. I could personally use more time there and was hoping for a little more information about the place from the guides so it was more meaningful. Overall, I was hoping for a more guided, educational experience, but from the perspective of the logistics and sightseeing, it was great.

Our experience was wonderful! The car ride to the experience was smooth and the communication was great. Our guide Alejandra was wonderful, and so was the operator of our hot air balloon. Would definitely recommend the experience

It was better than I imagined. I would like to go on another one but longer. Desire was a super host. The weather was good also.
