We have two packages:

- Flight only

- Complete package

What are we gonna do?

If you chose the package with transportation, we will pass you between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m., to arrive around 5:30 to Teotihuacan.

Upon arrival you will enjoy coffee and cookies, followed by your registration.

Balloon flight: approximately 40 to 50 minutes (depending on the weather; remember that the pilot only controls the ascent and descent).

Upon landing, we will show you footage captured with professional drones and cameras.

Afterwards you will enjoy your breakfast according to the package you choose

Later you will have a tasting of typical drinks such as tequila and pulque, along with a brief explanation about obsidian and maguey.

We will have up to 1 hour to explore the ruins and you can climb the Pyramid of the Moon.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point and from there to your hotel, with estimated arrival between 1 : 00 and 2 : 00 p.m. (the tour concludes at approximately noon).

We will pick you up at the Hotel or Airbnb you requested. Remember that the radius is 10km around the historic center, if your hotel is far from this radius we can pick you up at the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel which is our midpoint.

Going on a hot air balloon has been on my bucket list for such a long time. I am so glad that I was able to cross it off with this crew. We opted to do the hot air balloon experience only and it did not disappoint. I do recommend considering to add on the transportation because we opted out of getting picked up. We pre booked an uber that didn’t show. There weren’t an abundance of Ubers at 4:15am in the morning, but luckily we were ably to make it! The crew greeted us with the most amazing energy at 5:30am. My partner, who vowed he would never get on a hot air balloon appreciated that everyone was weighed on sight. They had many heat lamps, coffee, and cookies as we waited for the hot air balloons to inflate. p Photographers are assigned to everyone and you’re able to take as many pictures as you want in the pitch dark and then as the sun is rising. Highly recommend taking as many as you can because you can purchase all of them for a flat fee at the end. We regret not taking more! They also have a drone that goes around when you’re in the air and the footage is incredible so make sure you’re paying attention! Again the crew had the most amazing energy as we took off and landed. You could genuinely see how much they cared about giving people a magical experience. We were able to join the breakfast, which was nice and tasty and the tasting, where you had the opportunity to buy artisanal items. Both you could have done without in my opinion. By the time we got to the pyramids it was crowded, but we were able to walk around and take pictures. Such a long and early day, but totally worth the experience.

Hot air balloon part is awesome—very well organized! Breakfast in Cave food was quick but very mid. Note: if you are getting picked up in Mexico City just know you are put in a group and unable to deviate from the broader group schedule: so if you want to leave early or not attend the pyramid tour you are forced to order an uber. If I did it again, I would just do the hot air balloon and go back to CDMX, no need for the extras

Single parent + tween family. Business Names: Explora and Magic Balloon This was an amazing experience! The transportation sent a photo of the car and driver the day before, and he was prompt for the 4:15 am pick up. On arrival, we were offered coffee and pan dulce. We saw the balloons inflate and go up all around us. The "basket" fit one whole family in each quarter, with the pilot in the center. There was about 20 people total, with careful attention paid to balance our weight. The liftoff was as gentle as an elevator, and the ride itself was quiet and peaceful as the sun was rising. The total fly time was about one hour. We were circled by a drone, who zoomed in and out to take photos of each family group, which resulted in great photos upon our return. There were probably 75 balloons up in the sky with us, all around us which also resulted in amazing photos. We were greeted by a team with a truck and our landing was also peaceful and easy. Our visit included a local artisanal cooperative and an hour to walk the Archaeological Zone on foot. By the time we made it back to the Piramides, it was very warm, so we opted for photos and hanging out at the Piramide del Sol, rather than sprinting the whole route to the Piramide de la Luna. That was amazing, too, and pretty crowded, so we were greatful for such a quiet and peaceful morning. We went to the breakfast buffet at the Huehuetl instead of the formal meal in the Cueva. It was fantastic and delicious, with a huge variety of amazing local food. Ancestral food. :) Our driver was wonderful and got us to the colonia San Rafael by 1 pm. It was an amazing adventure that was facilitated by a team who communicated clearly and took such care to answer every question and alleviate every worry. Don't miss this!
