We will pick you up from your hotel or location in Mexico City. We will contact you to tell you the exact time of pick up. It is important to be ready before pickup time to expedite pickup and arrive on time at our offices.

You will arrive at our balloonport, receive you with coffee and cookies, have a brief explanation of the itinerary of the day and show you a security video with instructions for you to properly enjoy your experience. Afterwards, we will go to the balloon in which you fly, here you will have time to take pictures before making the flight.

The tour is organized, and prior to the tour the company was very communicative and we knew who was picking us up. Jesus, our driver was timely. Cielo, our guide has been very helpful and great with communicating. We enjoyed our hot air balloon ride and our Breakfast in La Cueva as well as our Mageuy tasting turned to liquor. Overall, I would book with this company!

Flight was very smooth, captain was excellent and knowledgeable. From transportation to the hot air balloon site to the landing, everything was an efficient process. Pilot was able to take us over the pyramids on this trip! Champagne to finish off a good trip.

Awesome experience! Driver showed up on time for pick up. They provide coffee and tea multiple times as well as bathroom breaks. The flight itself was super fun and smooth — not to be missed! Very accommodating team. Would recommend. Only warning is that it’s a bit tough to get in and out of the basket of the balloon.

Experience was great! Lots of good photos taken, smooth ride went right over the ruins. It was beautiful seeing the sun rise over the city. Staff were kind and everything was handled well.
