You will fly at an altitude of more than 200 meters over the Teotihuacan Valley. The view of the pyramids depends on the wind direction; however, thanks to our experienced pilots, 95% of flights fly over both pyramids.

You will enjoy the best Teotihuacan buffet in a restaurant with a pre-Hispanic show and live music, with vegetarian and vegan options.

We will take short educational workshops with a tasting of locally made drinks.

Everything went well and according to the itinerary. We got information on the driver the night before, then the driver texted us when he was outside our hotel. We picked up the remainder of the group and headed over to the hot air balloons. Breakfast buffet was very nice and it was then followed by the tour of the pyramids. It was a really good experience, I recommend booking with them. The guides were also very friendly and spoke English well.
It would be better if we were put into a proper vehicle

We were a family of three, me, my husband and our 20 -year old daughter. We were picked up from our hotel in a very small sedan. One solo traveler already sat in the passenger seat. The three of us were squeezed in the back. The ride to the balloon flight was tight but ok. But on the way back to the CDMX was unbearable. It was way too hot and there was no AC in the car. We had to leave the car and walk 30 minutes back to our hotel. My daughter and I had heat stroke from the car ride and from walking back. The balloon ride was about 25 minutes. The view from top was amazing and the pyramids and the guide was great. But the 2 hours ride back to the city in a small car without AC was a very brutal experience. My other daughter took the same trip in February and she was put in a passenger van. She highly recommended the tour and we had no idea our experience could be so different.

The pick-up hotel process was smooth and quick. Everything was well organized and the experience at the balloon was amazing. The tour guide was good and was helpful as well. Our tour guide for the pyramids was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it.

This trip was booked at very short notice but was thoroughly excellent. It took a while to get confirmation of our transport, but this was received and was right on time in the morning. The buffet breakfast was good, and the walking tour of Teotihuacán was enjoyable with our excellent guide Maria who was full of energy and enthusiasm. The balloon ride itself was excellent with almost 45 minutes spent in the area over Teotihuacán and amazing views. The departure wasn't quite at sunrise but the view was still great. The upselling of videos/photos is to be expected but isn't too push and we did not buy these.
