The whole tour was great, our driver name Jessie was very approachable. It’s a 5/5 for me and I enjoyed the whole tour.

My husband and I did two diff tours around Banff with this same group in September 2024 and both were excellent! Great tour guides who were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend them and would definitely book again!

Allen was a great tour guide. He made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. He took care of all tickets and waited until we were on the Banff Gondola. Also, transported the 3 ladies that were staying overnight in Bsnff and checked them in at their hotels. The scenery was amazing and he told us the history of each stop on the tour!

This was not a Tour; this was a shuttle service. This was not only a waste of money, but more importantly a waste of time. The Tour Leader told customers what location was next and when to come back to the bus and translated those instructions in English and Mandarin - that was it, that was tour. The Johnston Canyon visit was disappointing because the timing of the visit was the most popular time of day; it was the most crowded trail I have ever been on. Another customer got lost on this trail and unfortunately had to be left behind due to the timeline of the tour.Another upsetting thing to witness for other patrons, was anyone who had not bought the Gondola option for the tour had to sit at the bottom of the mountain box office while everyone else went up for an hour+. The Gondola visit was at the most busiest time of day and there were no tickets available for them. There was nothing for them to do during this portion of the tour other than get a coffee. For lunch, the bus drove to a Chinese restaurant outside of downtown Banff and for anyone who had not signed up for the group lunch or did not want Chinese food had to walk downtown, eat, and return back to the bus within an hour and half. Also of note, the bus was supposedly air conditioned but the air was not used or turned on. In summary: If you are staying in Banff and are able-bodied, you can walk to or use a free town shuttle to the list of Banff stops on this "tour".
