The tour was well-organized with ample time to appreciate the views and participate in the activities (hot springs was worth it!). Mike was also informative and kept the mood light.

Solo traveled to Banff for the first time and only had 3 days to get to sight see. A full day of fantastic sights. JM was a fantastic guide. Would definitely recommend.

Plan your trip in advance, the gondola is worth it compared to the hot spring based on our experience. The guide “mike” was outstanding, i had a great time listening to his stories about the great state of alberta and the stories of banff springs
