Cancelled Flight - No Refund on Tour

1.0Our flight was cancelled at the last minute while we were already at the airport. We had a tour booked for the next morning, but, unfortunately, we couldn't make it due to the flight disruption. The company was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us in this situation. Despite our efforts to reach out privately, they remained inflexible. This was the only company that refused to offer a refund for something completely beyond our control. We were able to get our hotel and car rental reimbursed, but this company stood out for its terrible customer service. We even tried to reschedule, but they wouldn’t accommodate. I would not recommend them, especially if you might run in a similar situation flying within Canada with our airlines being very unreliable.

5.0Marble Canyon was an amazing, beautiful, peaceful hike in winter. Lake Louise, Nathural Bridge and Emerald Lake were impressive winter wonderlands. Three National Parks in one day! Our guide, JM, was incredible and so engaging with all the tour participants. The scheduled stops had to change because of conditions but it was incredible. We took the Gondola separately from this tour and that is a must visit as well.
