From hotel to airport: Client´s will find us at the lobby of the hotel. We hold a tablet with name on it From airport to hotel: After the luggage reclaim room, we will hold a tablet with your name on it From Port to Hotel/airport: Client´s will find outside the cruise ship. We hold a tablet with name on it. We wait maxmim 20 minutes after the agreed hour. If not will be consider no show. And we will charge the whole transfer. *IMPORTANT*: The space for the luggagues is maximum 6 big bags and 3 carryon. Or 4 big and 4 medium luggagues. Or 10 carry on. carry on. If you have a big number of luggagues we recomend to book a second bag.

5.00We are very happy with the service. Eduardo is super helpful with our luggage and very communicate. The van is clean and spacious, comfortably accommodate six of us plus several pieces of luggage. Highly recommend this transportation services.

5.00Our driver was onTime to load us and luggage! He had us enjoying our transfer! Upon reaching the port he helped unload the luggage and gave us all a pleasant cruise!

5.00My husband and I flew back from Barcelona Thursday 16th October….. I wish all airport's we as helpful and friendly. I have mobility issues and walk with a stick. So sometimes struggle at airports if the gate is a long walk. Without us asking, a lovely Spanish representative (Jet2) when we’re handing over our luggage, asked me if I would like assistance, he called the disability assistance people who took me through all the stops. He not only arranged that but he checked th flight and saw 3 seats together so that my husband and I could stretch out more . All the staff we polite and really looked after us. So a big shout to the staff and customer service there!!! When we got back to Birmingham and asked the disability assistances there, where the bus stop for the coach park, I was told abruptly it’s up there, my husband asked how far as I was on a stick, he said it’s only out the doors and turn left, then proceed to continue his conversation with his work colleague that I had rudely interrupted…. Sorry for that but I’m just the paying customer who you are being paid to help???

5.00Driver was on time, waiting for us with a sign. We had a lot of luggage, but without rude comments as we received from another private transfer, he figured it out and got it all to fit in the van.
