In winter tuk-tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to avoid getting cold
In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
Tuk-tuks are reserved privately, and the price is set according to the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, being the legal maximum of 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
Tuk-tuks do not have trunks, so you can not carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-established stops, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. It is important to note that on the 60-minute tour no stops are made. On the 120-minute tour a stop is made at Montjuic, while on the 180- and 240-minute tours there are also stops at the Olympic Port and Pedralbes.
Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops. These stops will be made at pre-established locations.
The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist you in getting on if necessary.
The pick-up point is located where the lift access to the “Interparking Novedades” car park is located, located at Carrer de Casp 13 (08010), opposite the entrance of the ME Barcelona hotel. Please wait in front of the entrance elevator to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will come to that point to pick you up. 4.00We covered a tremendous amount of ground in a few hours. Really felt like we received a tremendous overview. Our guide Simone was truly fantastic. You could tell he was enamored with the city and the culture. The vehicle was so so. I am 5’11” and my legs were cramped. The plastic roof made it difficult to truly enjoy the sights without hanging out of the vehicle. The seat in the vehicle was extremely comfortable so that was a plus.

5.00Irene was one of the best guides we have ever had. She was punctual, thoughtful and caring. As we are older, she took care to avoid jostling us too much over speed humps, which Barcelona has a lot of. She organized the tour in a methodical, logical way whereby we saw as much of Barcelona as possible within four hours, in spite of traffic and police detours. She asked whether we were interested in history or art or architecture or other things and then made sure to point out things that she thought would be interesting to us. She was very enthusiastic about her adopted city and took us to many points that a tourist might otherwise miss. She was thorough in her explanations, but not long-winded. She kept the tour moving, educational, and interesting the entire time. The tuk tuk seemed to be rather new and clean. Irene did a great job navigating the streets and keeping us safe. I would love to have her guide us another time or in another city. I would give her 6 stars out of 5 if that were possible.

4.00This 2 hour concentrate allowed us to have a beautiful overview of Barcelona in its different eras with a nice general overview of Gaudi (Sagrada Familia, casas), the city and the atmosphere specific to Barcelona. Highlight is a photo stop on a beautiful panorama. All very pleasant and satisfying.

1.00I wouldn’t do this. The place is incredibly hard to find. It’s not at the address. It is accross a busy street down an elevator in a parking garage. The tuk-tuk will rattle your brain and the seatbelts are super tight. You don’t really see much as you zoom past places.
