The experience with the tour guide (FRANCISCO) was excellent (good vibe, with a lot of knowledge and curiosity). I do not recommend visiting the Sagrada Familia, as well as the other work of Gaudí, without having a tour guide. In our case, it was very enriching. It should be clarified for future clients that the TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE ADMISSION TO THE SACRED FAMILY. THE ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING AND IN FACT IN OUR GROUP, 6/9 PEOPLE OUT OF 15 THOUGHT WE WERE GOING ON A TOUR WITH ACCESS TO THE SACRED FAMILY. IN THIS REGARD WE FEEL RIPPED OFF On the other hand, the presentation of the tour as an experience that offers SWEET TASTINGS TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER FARCE, in rigor they take you to houses where they sell TURRONS AND CHOCOLATES and rather meanly offer you 2 squares with the sole intention of sale. The tour guide experience is good but the ad is MISLEADING BOTH IN ITS SCOPE AND IN ITS "SWEET" CONTENT

Our tour guide, Annastasiia was the absolute best. I was a bit skeptical about this tour but it turned out to be amazing. Great detail from Anna, and she even gave us food recommendations for the city, which turned out to be very very good. 10 stars for Anna. Thanks Viator

Our guide was Anastasiia who is an amazing, very knowledgeable and truly welcoming guide We did the walking tour on our first day, literally straight from the plane. She took us to key landmarks, sharing info about them, what not to miss when we visit. We were on foot but the pace was rather a leisurely stroll through the city with plenty of breaks as she would stop and provide info. or ask/answer questions. The tour was very much engaging/interactive and our teenagers enjoyed it a lot. We had some traditional Turrón tasting and ended up eating the substantial chocolate-filled cups at the house of Amatller. Anastasiia was full of information on key places to visit, how to book, what to enjoy, when, where, if places are family friendly, which underground ticket to buy... and simply provided us with key and most invaluable tourist tips which we needed. She helped us book entry to Sagrada familia as we would have missed it due to general demand and even recommended places to eat. Would highly recommend the experience!

We had a great guide Francisco . He told us a lot. We had a small group so we enjoyed time for questions. He never seemed rushed with us. I wish it was better advertised that we were not going In the church.
