5.00Our tour guide, Francisco, was amazing! He contacted us the day before with all of the details and gave us his cell number in case we had to reach him. Extremely knowledgeable about the culture and history of Barcelona. Only thing, this tour did not include tickets to the sites, which was not highlighted on Viator and several people in the group were not aware. Not the tour guide’s fault! Must read the fine print with Viator.

1.00Never got inside, didn’t get the info from tour guide because directions were emailed only one day prior and I was on a 14 hour flight, so never received information from the guide and never received tickets. We are out the money it cost without a refund.
