All the ingredients are fresh and bought daily in the Barceloneta market taking into account its quality, the selection of tapas is made so that you do not have problems to find the ingredients in your city, so you will surprise your family and friends. We are a ten minute walk from the beach, in a house with views views and a terrace surrounded by plants. Our chef will explain each recipe step by step.

When you arrive at this tapas workshop, chef Alfonso will receive you with a refreshing natural lemonade or glass of champagne We introduce ourselves. Then he will show you the ingredients that we are going to use for each of the tapas, once they are done they will be served on the terrace where you could enjoy panoramic views of Barcelona. The house is located ten minutes walk from the beach, in Barceloneta, which is the fishermen's neighborhood. Alfonso our chef has studied at the Superior School of hotel business in Barcelona as a cook and he has also worked in different restaurants in the city, At the end of the experience all participants will receive a email with all the recipes, step by step Get ready to live an amazing experience!

5.00We had a fantastic couple of hours with Alfonso making a wide range of different tapas in his beautiful apartment. The views from the private roof terrace were spectacular (and we were lucky with the sunny weather). The food was delicious and Alfonso’s dog was very friendly too (and loves a croquette if you don’t manage to eat them all). Plenty of food, great company and superb views. Can’t ask for more than that!

5.00This class was a highlight of our time in Barcelona! We were welcomed by chef Alfonso at his home with a glass of champagne and a table set with local ingredients that he sourced for the meal. Alfonso provided great cooking instructions and taught us about the regional dishes we were preparing. We made several tapas and a tasty sangria. After making the meal, he took us to his stunning rooftop terrace, filled with greenery and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, to enjoy the meal with fellow travelers. This was a lovely opportunity to immerse ourselves in Spanish culture and support locals who are passionate about what they do. Highly recommended booking for a memorable experience!

5.00It was very well organized and prepared, and it was great fun to cook some typical Spanish specialties together with friends and other nice guests. The flavors were truly world class and after the course, you will also receive the recipes so that you can recreate the dishes at home easily. We were satisfied!

5.00Wonderful experience to be invited into the host’s home. The apartment and terrace had beautiful views of the marina and barcelona! The food preparation was fun and Chef Alfonso was informative and well organized. The food variety was great and plenty to eat. 5.00The whole experience was amazing! From start to finish, I came for my birthday and I don’t regret a thing! The food was amazing, especially the potato croquettes! The views of Port Vell and the rooftop lunch was a nice touch! Definitely would suggest this experience to my friends and loved ones!

5.00This was a great experience and can highly recommend. Lovely hosts abd a beautiful apartment especially the rooftop garden where we ate our tapas ( and drank too much sangria). The food prep was fun and not difficult but we now feel inspired to make these recipes at home (recipes emailed to us already). We were also fortunate to have just one other couple at our event who were great company. Alfonso was knowledgeable and personable. Make sure you come hungry and don't book anywhere important for dinner later as this lovely meal kept me going for the rest of the day. Definitely a Barcelona highlight

5.00This was fun! It was educational! It was quite tasty! Who knew that gazpacho is so smooth because it has bread in it!!! The view from the rooftop was incredible. Finally, our hosts were very welcoming and gracious. We highly recommend this!
