  By far the worst experience on my birthday trip. I’ve been wanting to do this for ever and upon booking I was excited. First when I spoke to Mikey he said that the tour would be 2 hours and then we would meet at the beach around 12 for my shoot. My 2 friends who were with me paid $40 per person to get access to the private beach that we were supposed to shoot and have access to. When I asked how long for my photos he said 3 days. How is it 3 days when it’s a drone and electronically. Everyone isn’t staying that long to ensure their photos are received. Second, the driver that Mikey sent, the car’s air conditioner wasn’t working. The vehicle stalled 2-3 times. Then I learned that he doesn’t work for Mike who is doing the drone, he’s a subcontractor. When the vehicle stalled the driver called his boss who said put your foot over the gas and Hoover and roll the windows down. In this heat. Never got a new car or driver for the 2-3 hours of the tour. So the driver tells us we are meeting them for the photo shoot at 12 then it was 1230 when we arrived at Taino beach. The driver said Mikey called his boss and said he would be there in 30 min. So we had to stay outside because the van had no AC. It’s like 110 and Mikey isn’t here. I tried calling the number who called and texted me and it kept going to o voicemail. It was no longer ringing. I called my travel agent and she began speaking to Cassandra Moss and then it was 20 min on top of the 30 min. By then I was fed up! It wasn’t until I called the back and my agent called or emailed Viator did the time get pushed up and they had the audacity to ask if I would wait an extra 12 minutes. Their customer services is atrocious and only responded when we contacted viator and my bank. So I didn’t even get to do my shoot which was $150 but my friends paid $80 in total to have access to a private beach which never happened I wouldn’t refer this company to my enemies or the dead. Mikey and his land sand sea tours are an embrassment to the Bahamian culture and th black culture. He’s a straight vulture with no business etiquette and no one should ever do business with him. No I see why he has low scores and no comments on his Tiktok

  The entire experience was wonderful. Mikey is an excellent tour guide and photographer, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure the pictures came out perfect and that my friend I felt felt really safe. His truck was clean modern and had air and FREE WIFI. Don’t think about it just book with them
