Even though they offered to pick us up from the hotel, the night before the excursion, they said they wouldn't. We had to cancel. They also expected us to pay all the entrance fees for each venue., and those were quite expensive. Not a good value. To Aviator's credit, they gave us a full refund.

I recently completed a three-day tour in Istanbul, and the entire experience was excellent. Everything was well organized, and the itinerary covered the most important and beautiful sights of the city. We visited famous landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and enjoyed walking through the Grand Bazaar and other historic areas. Istanbul is a fascinating city with rich history, culture, and amazing food. Our guide, Kerim, made the tour even better. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and always on time. He explained everything clearly and was happy to answer all our questions. Thanks to his professionalism and friendly attitude, the tour was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Kerim was our guide for the two day tour of Istanbul. Kerim was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and personable. He guided us through the crowds, lines and made sure that we had plenty of time to see the sights. He knew the inside track, so we were able to maximize our time, yet not feel rushed. He innately understood what was important to us, and made sure that the itinerary was customized to our needs, but also ensured that we saw all of the highlights of Istanbul. Highly recommend Kerim as a guide!

Excellent private guided tour with Kemal in Istanbul. We loved everything about the tour. On day one we saw all the historical sights including Hagia Sophia , Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern , the Blue Mosque , and then day 2 the Bosphorus river cruise , the Dolmabahçe Palace, and shopping at the Grand Bazaar. We especially enjoyed learning about everyday life in Istanbul when we stopped for breaks and lunch . Kemal saved us countless hours by showing us his recommended shopping for leather goods and spices. It was an ambitious 2 days of sightseeing but we came away with a deeper appreciation of Turkish culture .
